Shipping Policy
Shipping - UK Mainland / Europe / International (See FAQ's)

Any orders made before 4pm (GMT) will be dispatched next day if Express Delivery is selected at the checkout. If standard delivery is selected at the checkout then orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days and all items will be shipped on the next possible working day.

Standard orders will be shipped with Royal Mail and will be tracked, Express delivery will require a signature. You will receive your tracking number in an email once shipped. Standard delivery will take 3-5 business days and express delivery will take 1-3 business days. International delivery varies.

Customers outside the UK may be required to pay local tax and customs duties when goods pass through customs. Please note this is not the responsibility of New Future Horizon but of the paying customer and we are not responsible for any goods returned for unpaid customs fees and refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy
You can return any item for a full refund or exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days of your order being received. Please email newfuturehorizon21@gmail.com to begin the returns process, we ask that you provide a reason for returning and state your name, order number and tracking number to make the process as quick and stress-free as possible.

Please pack the item(s) you are returning neatly and securely, and return them to us. Please also make a note of your name and order number and include it inside your returns package. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. The post office will usually issue you with a receipt, please keep a hold of this as proof of postage - we may require you to show us this before we refund you the amount owed or exchange an item for you should we not receive the item. Note, we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the sender.
